Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 28, 2026
B-Laundry, operated by Phearl LLC, is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to schedule a pickup, manage their account, and understand our pricing regardless of how they browse the web.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure so content is navigable by screen readers.
- Provide a “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users to bypass the navigation.
- Make every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Give images meaningful alternative text, and mark purely decorative images so they are skipped.
- Label form fields and buttons with accessible names, and convey expanded/collapsed state on menus and FAQs.
- Choose text and background colors that meet AA contrast targets.
- Respect the operating-system “reduce motion” setting and minimize animation for those users.
- Support browser zoom and reflow so the site remains usable when text is enlarged.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We test as we build and review the site regularly. Some content provided by third parties, such as the Google Translate widget and the Stripe checkout used for payments, is outside our direct control, though we choose providers that take accessibility seriously.
Reporting a problem
If you encounter any barrier on our website, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Email support@b-laundry.co and describe the page and the issue. We aim to respond within three business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
