This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Phearl LLC, doing business as B-Laundry, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our services.

This Policy is written to align with our operational model with Fold Laundry and applicable U.S. and California privacy requirements, including the CCPA/CPRA where applicable.

• Order information (service type, item details, weight, timestamps, pickup/dropoff locations, and operational notes).
• Billing and payment metadata from payment providers.

• Provide and coordinate pickup, processing, and return logistics.
• Process payments and produce order-level records.
• Communicate order updates, support messages, and operational alerts.

• Fold Laundry, solely to perform wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning fulfillment.
• Payment processors and related financial service providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

4. Service-Provider Privacy Commitments

• Customer relationship data collected through B-Laundry platforms is managed by B-Laundry.
• Service providers receive data only for limited and specified service purposes.
• Service providers are expected to provide equivalent privacy protections, notify us if they cannot comply, and cooperate on remediation.

5. Security and Incident Response

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. If we confirm a security incident materially affecting shared customer personal information, we notify relevant partners without undue delay, and in any event within 72 hours after confirmation.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only as needed for service delivery, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. After retention obligations are satisfied, information is deleted or de-identified.

7. California Privacy Rights

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
• Receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
